Because of its special properties andexcellent characteristics, the Fused Silica is widely used in areasof electronics, electrical apparatus, chemical industry, special micromotor, sealing of transistor and semi-conductor components, insulationcasting of current transformer, voltage transformer, electronictransformer and dry -type transformer, epikote casting of high-tensioncable connection, high-voltage insulator, high-voltage switch,insulation pipes and components of high-voltage electrical apparatus.The Fused Silica is also used in electric welding industryas protection coating. In addition, it acts well as epoxy powder coatingand as the filling materials for arc resistant and weathering resistantsurface painting. As the filling material for epikote, the micro fusedsilica powder applies to both large-scale components and small-scaleprecise electrical components.
